"Tillamook County, Butter than the Rest"
The Tillamook County June Dairy Parade and Festival is a celebration of the County’s dairy industry and heritage.
The 2010 June Dairy Parade is scheduled for Saturday,
June 26 in downtown Tillamook. This years theme is Tillamook County, Butter than the Rest!

| This year marks the 53rd
Anniversary of the Parade which is considered to the third largest parade in Oregon, averaging about 150 entries per
year.
Held every year in June, the June Dairy Parade begins from the
Tillamook County Fairgrounds and proceeds along Third Street into
downtown Tillamook.

The Children’s Parade will start just before the main parade.
The June Dairy Parade is part of the June Dairy Festival weekend,
which also features the Tillamook County Rodeo.
2010 Parade Entry Forms
Parade entry forms are now available for the 2010 June Dairy
Parade. Linda Kay Marshall, chair of the Tillamook June Dairy
Festivals Committee, announced that parade entry forms can be downloaded
here, picked
up at the Tillamook Area Chamber of Commerce Office or they can be requested by
e-mailing junedairyparade@yahoo.com.
Forms have also been mailed to previous participants.
Also available at the Tillamook Area Chamber of Commerce are
nomination forms for Grand Marshal and Honorary Grand Marshal.
Nominations for the parade marshals are due back at the Chamber by
May 14.

The Tillamook Bay Run is an August tradition and
a favorite for both runners and walkers!

The 2009 Tillamook Bay Run will be held on Saturday, August 15,
2009! The Tillamook Bay Run offers runners a competitive 5-mile Trail Run or a 10-mile Trail Run. For Walkers there is a 5-mile Walking Course.
The Bay Run is held at the Bayocean Spit, 3 miles West of Tillamook, Oregon between Tillamook Bay and the Pacific Ocean!
